Just looking... to an efficient trade & purchase I found a car that met my criteria for trading up online and gave Midway a call. When Joe answered and asked me a few questions, I was encouraged about my trade value and driving 50+ miles to take a look. I went the next day, expecting only to take a drive and think it over. The car exceeded my expectations (still does as I learn more about the features) and Joe made earnest efforts with Mike's support to trade my 2009 A6 for this 2012 A6. Yes, I was sold. I also didn't plan to buy warranty coverage, but yup, I did that, too. Kevin explained the policy, how it is administered, and even waited while I consulted with my mechanic. This is my fifth Audi A6 and I must say that I have the most confidence -ever- with this purchase. Thank you team Midway! More

I recently purchased a used car that did not have the legally-required warranty disclosures on it. AFTER I paid cash I was told the car didn't have a title and he had to wait almost three weeks for the application to arrive. Then, right before the inspection, the breaks seized up and started burning. I brought the car to a trusted service station near me (friends that wouldn't lie to me) and they were appalled having never seen a car in such bad shape -- parts pieced together and rusted. To just get the car inspected the repairs would cost thousands. I was sold a lemon and the dealership has done NOTHING to help. Had to file legal actions. BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. More
