My Out of State Purchase So after searching online for months for a used/CPO/Ex-Loaner Mini Countryman Cooper S ALL4, Island Blue with low mileage within the right price range So after searching online for months for a used/CPO/Ex-Loaner Mini Countryman Cooper S ALL4, Island Blue with low mileage within the right price range I finally found it online at Otto's, despite them being over 260 miles away from where I live in MA. Hesitant as three previous attempts to purchase at other dealerships closer to me led me to missing the vehicle by hours, Michael Dixon put me at ease that it was still available and within minutes I knew I wanted to buy this car from this very courteous, no nonsense Brit!! Michael was completely straight forward with me and as I like that being a fellow Brit, by the end of the day we had the sale ironed out and I placed a deposit on the car I love!! It was the last day of the month so having arrived early Saturday afternoon Michael was very busy but extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Within just over an hour or more I had traded my car in for my brand new Mini and I was on my way back on my long drive to MA - it was that simple. Thank you Michael!! The only reason I fell slightly short of 5 stars in my review was because there was a little snafu with my MA registration which was sorted out the week after as Otto's title person worked diligently with my MA agent to get my car properly registered. To be fair, they hardly have many customers driving over 260 miles from MA but it was well worth it!! More

We started our search on the internet and found that Otto's was the best website to get info from. We requested some additional details on a couple of cars they had on their lot. Michael Dixon reached out to us and gave all of the information we needed to compare with the other dealers. It was a no brainer to make an appointment with Michael to drive the cars we were interested in. This Mini was our first, and the car was for my wife. Michael was very patient, and educated us on the strengths of the different models. My wife settled on the Clubman and she loves the car! The paperwork part of the delivery went smoothly as well. I highly recommend Otto's as a quality dealership that cares about it's customers. Thank you Micheal, Noel ( Business Manager ), and the whole crew at Otto's ! More

OUTSTANDING AGAIN! I came in for a test drive event, and while there were some logistical snafus, Mike Dixon (my regular sales rep) was there to save the day. While I had no near term intent on buying a car (just gathering info for the future), we quickly determined together potential for a change, and Mike diligently found and reviewed options. Net of it all is the 5 family Mini (3 for me, 1 for my daughter, and previously one for my wife, who got me hooked on the car in the first place). I travel a long way for service on my car, and with good reason...Otto's is complete as a dealer, respectful and sharp in sales, excellent in service! Not surprised I bought the car, and Kudos to Mike, his boss Chad and the rest of the Otto's team. More

Excellent Sales Experience I was looking to upgrade my 2015 Mini when I met Michael Dixon. Michael informed me of a new JCW 301 HP Countryman that was ordered and on the way to I was looking to upgrade my 2015 Mini when I met Michael Dixon. Michael informed me of a new JCW 301 HP Countryman that was ordered and on the way to the dealership. Wasn't sure I wanted to jump up to a JCW. Michael was very pleasant to work with having all the knowledge needed to inform me of the benefits of a 301 HP car! After a test drive I was sold and had to take this beast home with me. Michael took the time, going over all the upgrades/changes showing me how to operate the new functions. This car is everything and more - love the look, it appears a sleeper but beware what is lurking under the hood. Was a very nice experience all around as I have never purchased from Otto's in the past and will always consider giving them my business in the future. Thanks again! More

Due to a recent hiatus in importing manual transmission Mini’s, it was kind of a scramble Very nice dealership that appears to be in expansion mode. Due to a recent hiatus in importing manual transmission Mini’s, it was kind of a scramble to get the model we were interested in but they secured what might be the last manual transmission cooper hardtop in North America. They have their own British inflected job descriptions so the “motoring advisor” we worked with also informed us of a possible corporate partnership program between Mini/BMW and where I work which resulted in a reduction to the final sales price. That topic never came up previously when I purchased a car elsewhere so very nice. The only disappointment is that I didn’t have a chance to meet the staff member with the title “Mini Genius.” I’m sure she’s a full blown genius though and just modest. More
