I was able to finalize a deal with Michael, over the phone in 5 hours, which was extremely impressive, especially when considering that I was in-person at other Mini dealers and received less information than I did when I was working with Micheal via phone. The first time I saw the vehicle and met Michael in person was when I went to pick it up. This was a risk I was comfortable with due to the way he conducted business with me over the phone. More

Our plan was to check out several dealerships then compare all before making a decision. Having purchased fourteen cars we were prepared for the typical salesperson's approach, however after initially checking with us to see if we had any questions, we were left to review models at our pace. When we were ready to discuss a couple models Michael Dixon provided a wealth of information in a very relaxed manner. Michael's knowledge of each model is impressive but more importantly was his probing questions regarding our driving experiences and expectation which was helpful in narrowing our choice based on the models we were considering. We had every intention of just gathering information and moving on to the next dealership but after our interaction with Michael we didn't see the need to continue. To my surprise we purchased a Mini that day. Michael's approach is to put the customer first even at the risk of a customer walking away, in doing this I'm sure he wins more than he loses. This was a very pleasant surprise and a first in our car buying experiences. This is how business should be done! More

Perhaps one of the best buying experiences I've had yet. I purchased a pre-owned Jaguar F-Type V8S they'd advertised online., I dealt only with Dave (sales manager) and Michael Dixon (sales) and both were I purchased a pre-owned Jaguar F-Type V8S they'd advertised online., I dealt only with Dave (sales manager) and Michael Dixon (sales) and both were extremely personable and straight-dealing, I've bought dozens of cars and, of course, anticipate the high-pressure xx and last minute attempts to nickel-and-dime customers that car dealers (particularly pre-owned) are infamous for. You get none of that here. Michael couldn't have been nice or easier to negotiate with. The whole transaction was smooth and easy. After some short haggling we agreed on a price and that was basically that. The dealership handled everything and the car was all ready for me to pick up a week later. Delivery was fast and courteous (they topped the tank with premium). Dave even deducted a fee (lien recording) during the final document review because I was no longer financing the car. I wouldn't even have noticed if they'd kept it in there (and many dealerships would have left it in and waited to see if the customer noticed). I can't recommend this place enough. More
