Everyone at Otto's Mini was great! Everyone made us feel like we were the only ones they cared about at that moment. Chad took the time to hear what we were looking for and hand-picked Everyone made us feel like we were the only ones they cared about at that moment. After each drive, he'd ask me a few questions and then give me another car, telling me what to pay attention to and what to know would be different. Once I found the perfect combination, he matched us up with Michael, who was an enthusiast, a lot of fun to do business with, and incredibly knowledgeable. Michael always kept us informed and was available whenever we needed. We also spent some time with Anthony, in parts, who helped us customize our MINI and make it even more special. His follow-through and attention to detail were second to none. More

We were out on the test drives within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealer - no waiting around. He strongly recommended only the options that we truly needed (heated seats are a must in a convertible!!!) and answered questions on other options. No wasted time or unwelcome sales pitch. Very well done! Jennifer Cacchione was our Second Date. She had prepared by discussing the particulars of our vehicle with Michael in advance. Very impressed with preparation, knowledge, and research. The car arrived in 2 to 4 weeks faster than expected, and final purchase and paperwork was easy with Dave Busby. Otto's garage and service bay is cleaner than any I have ever seen. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I love my Mini Convertible - it is just great! More
