Just recently, I had an issue with my car's passenger airbag and the light coming on which could have been prevented but there was nothing in the owner's manual about it. Because of this, Bonneville treated the problem as an act of goodwill and charged me absolutely nothing for the hours of work they put in to my car. Extremely grateful I didn't have to pay the deductible! Thanks a ton to Mark Dickerson and his manager for their help with this matter! Also great that my car gets washed every time I get something done there! More

Perry, in "Express Service' led me to John Berry, General Mgr. as I wanted to tell him what a 'Great Asset' Perry is! A recent 'minor recall' to my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee caused me to return for service. A lack of communication, led to a meeting with Bryan Forbes, Service Mgr. Problem solved! I purchased my Jeep from Mike Raymond, who is 'Second To None', Nation-wide, 'In my opinion'! (and I suspect: I'm Not Alone!) I went in to pick up my Kia not thinking I would be driving home a Rav4. Mike was was very kind and courteous. Gave me a great deal. We also got a car for the wife about a month earlier through Mike also. A jeep compass she loves it.
