The service has gotten considerably faster, my biggest gripe used to be that it would take over two hours for an oil change but that has improved and it took less than an hour the last time for everything including the car wash. They always have snacks and coffee available which is nice. Overall they are very professional. I think the only Annoying part about dealership service is that it tends to be more expensive than other or local garages but I have a lease so I’m only taking it to a Nissan place. Other than the fact that I wish they were a bit cheaper overall they are highly professional and would recommend More

I stopped a few days ago at a full service fuel station and realized I was out of windshield wiper fluid, and the attendant poured the fluid into my a I stopped a few days ago at a full service fuel station and realized I was out of windshield wiper fluid, and the attendant poured the fluid into my anti-freeze receptacle. Not know, but also not getting the fluid to work, I thought something was wrong and brought my car in to be looked at. Indeed there was a problem, which could have been potentially costly but Mike and the service team managed to handle the damages to the car...and my wallet to a bare minimum.
