Outstanding service center in the Capital Region! I have owned 4 Nissan vehicles, purchased from 3 different dealerships. The last 2 were from Destination Nissan in Albany. While I love my SUV and was very happy with the salesman that assisted us, my most favorite part of Destination Nissan is the service department. They are THE BEST service department I’ve used in my 20 years of driving. They are kind, courteous, efficient, accommodating, and have a large, clean waiting room with television, WiFi, snacks, and a room for children. They have a covered, and often heated, vehicle drop off garage. I’ve never waited long. They have a shuttle service for longer service jobs. They always explain everything in detail. I’ve never been pressured to purchase additional services for my vehicle. They are all around an outstanding service center! More
