Hi, my name is Mike Fulvimar and I have been in sales since 1977 and entered automobile sales in 1998. I have been Chrysler certified since 2000 and have been here at Haasz Automall since 2012. I have been fortunate enough to win numerous sales awards, including top producer. I decided to work in the automotive industry because I felt my personality fit the job and to provide for myself and my family. I am known professionally for being polite and empathetic with my clients. I feel I am always able to find the right vehicle for my clients needs and ensure their satisfaction. My ideal customer would say that I am efficient, courteous and thorough. I grew up in Akron, Ohio and still reside there today. I hope when people think of me they think of outstanding service.

Mike Fulvimar in used cars was a great guy to work with. They did a great job in working with what I was needing to have happen on the financing side. I found a great Lexus 450h that they did a great job detailing. Looks brand new. They were great in negotiating - they weren't pulling any of those typical dealer techniques in wearing you down etc. Their finance guy Greg Baxter found me an even better financing rate than my bank PNC approved me so he saved me a ton of money and it was quick and simple. Great dealership, good people, nice process, no pressure. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and my experience purchasing it. BTW - Mike called me the next day to make sure everything was cool. I highly recommend this dealership - and I drove three hours to do the deal and it was worth the drive! More

Had an amazing experience with them I had a very great experience with haasz automall! I want to thank the two employees I dealt/spoke to, Mike Fulvimar and Carlee Richards. Both were very polite and patient, NOT rude or pushy how's salespeople can be. 2017 Jeep We stopped in to look at a few used Jeep Wranglers, but ended up leasing a brand new Jeep Wrangler. The salesman was out of the office before we even got out of our car, which was surprising since it was a very rainy day. The customer service and interaction was very good. The only draw back to the whole experience was the financing wait was well over an hour. However, Haasz took care of us for the extreme wait. Best car purchase experience! More

Appalling Sales Practices My best friend needs a car and contacted me because she was feeling pressured and bullied by the salesman at this dealership. She asked me if I would come over and help her decide what she was going to do. She was told that because her credit was poor she could only get one specific car which was overpriced and way over the budget she had told Mike Fulvimar (the salesman) she had to work with. Not only that, but this particular model has been riddled with problems from the beginning of it's sales as a new car and she absolutely cannot be stuck with any car that right out of the gate has engine, electrical, and computer issues. In fact there are over 100 technical service bulletins issued on that particular model and it is only 1 year old. I myself am about ready to buy a new car and so on my way to the dealership to meet her I thought that I might look at a car as well while I was there. Imagine my shock when I arrived to find my friend already sitting in front of an insurance person feeling too intimidated to tell the salesman she was not buying the car. The salesman was draped over the top of the insurance rep's cubicle and heard her tell the insurance person that she did not believe that the car being pushed on her was the only car on the lot that she could finance. Mike rolled his eyes condescendingly, sighed and said in a stern voice, "I TOLD you that it is the ONLY car on the lot you can get." his demeanor became even more forceful and he said, "Look I am just trying to help you" as if to say that she was ungrateful for his efforts. At this point I intervened and told him that she was NOT buying the car. I was upset to see that he was continuing to bully her right in front of me and acting so demeaning towards her. It was clear at that point that he was not going to help her look for any other car and so any ideas I had to even look at a vehicle went right out the window immediately. I would never work with any salesman who treated me that way. I got snappy with him that she was absolutely not buying that car that it had too many problems and he proceeded to belittle me and my knowledge of automobiles!! Then he tried to become forceful and intimidating with me!! Going so far as to start to walk away and literally turn back to argue with me. He said "You can leave we are closing anyway" To which I replied, "Well she is not buying this car" He said things like, "Who are you" "Are you the customer" "Are you the one signing the contract?" "Let's go over there and you can sign the paperwork for her right now" "Oh so you are taking away my deal" He became angrier and angrier as his attempts to bully me like he had my friend failed. I got very upset and was shaking with anger at that point and we ended up practically yelling at each other right there in the showroom. I could not have been more angry or embarrassed at the same time. I am absolutely certain that if we were men he would NEVER have spoken to either of us in his demeaning condescending forceful manner. I do not have credit issues personally but if I did I would not want to be treated in this manner. If this is an example of how people with credit issues are treated then it is disgusting! This encounter was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership in over 30 years of buying cars and at that particular moment I wasn't even a customer yet! A Anyone buying a vehicle should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their credit standing. To literally push a car down someone's throat, that they continually tell you they do not want then further intimidate them into going along with it, is deplorable. This man had no problem behaving in this manner in front of other customers, other staff members and to his potential sale and myself a potential new customer which leads me to believe that this probably is not an isolated incident. Not only am I never going to buy a car from this dealership I wanted to share my experience with other women out there who may be looking for a car and with anyone who might have credit problems. If you don't want to be bullied or verbally abused I suggest you stay away and especially stay away from Mike Fulvimar. More
