I never imagined purchasing a car could be so smooth, easy and efficient! Bogey was Absolutely Wonderful to work with as the financier/ he explained every aspect, including add coverage extras! Michael and Josh were excellent at explaining the car features/ they went out of their way to assist me with calling my insurance to ensure I received appropriate discounts for safety features. I left the dealership feeling assured with tag, registration, insurance all set! Chris even gave my son a Volvo baseball hat and two mugs! I am SO pleased and blessed to have been a Ferman Volvo client for the past decade plus! It's not a dealership- but, rather a close community. Thank you, Ferman Volvo, you all are Amazing!
