From the moment I walked into the place, everyone was genuinely helpful. I was introduced to Michael Galuppo who was my sales specialist and within 5 min and a short test drive he proved to have my back genuinely helpful. I was introduced to Michael Galuppo who was my sales specialist and within 5 min and a short test drive he proved to have my back and I trusted him to go above and beyond for me, and he did not disappoint. I was also introduced to the the general sales manger Dave Ritter who couldn't have been more understanding of my current car situation and past car buying experiences. After a short conversation with Dave, I felt like I was part of his family. He made me feel so comfortable and I knew he would work to get me the best possible price. Soon after I was sent over to meet Mike Brack in finance who was excellent in assisting me with and explaining all my options and also answered all my questions. Lastly I was brought over to Vinny Frasco the product specialist who sat in the car with me to explain all of the wonderful features that this car has and he spent a lot of time helping me set up the car to fit my needs. Everyone that I met there was pleasant and I really felt like this was truly the place I was supposed to purchase my car. I currently have 4 drivers in my home with another one soon to be driving, I will definitely be going back there. Most comfortable experience buying a car to date. Last month, my wife and I were eager to purchase our very first pick up truck. Even though my current Richard Lucas Chevy lease was not up for another 7 months, the staff at the dealership was completely helpful and got us into a 2018 Chevy Colorado at our monthly target price. Both Jack Mitchell, a sales rep, and Michael Galuppo, a sales manager, were some of the most knolwedgable and courteous cars salesmen my wife and I have ever encountered. Right from the start, they made sure we chose the car that best suited our needs. We must have looked at more than two-thirds of the cars that they had on the lot. Any question we had they were able to instantly provide us with an answer. Both Jack and Michael were extremely professional and helped us tremendously narrow down the truck of our dreams.
