My only complaint is that there was grease left all over my wheels (rims) after my new tires were installed. It took me about a half-hour to clean the grease off. I also had my oil changed and tires rotate my wheels (rims) after my new tires were installed. It took me about a half-hour to clean the grease off. With the pandemic I had been working tons of overtime becoming my company makes medical equipment and I wasn’t able to get my car to a dealership to be serviced and Spitzer Ford Hartville sent someone wi becoming my company makes medical equipment and I wasn’t able to get my car to a dealership to be serviced and Spitzer Ford Hartville sent someone with a loaner car to me and gave me the loaner car and picked my car up and drove it to the dealership to be repaired. I’ve used other dealerships in the past but I will only use Spitzer Ford Hartville for my Fords. They have always gone above and beyond to help me in any way they could. They’re friendly and the service is exceptional. More
