I am so fortunate to have meet Michael Gibson, 6 years ago. He is such a kind and honest gentlemen. I leased my Tuson from him, and was so happy with my new car. I went back last year again to Michael and ago. He is such a kind and honest gentlemen. I leased my Tuson from him, and was so happy with my new car. I went back last year again to Michael and asked for another car to lease and he was ready as ever for me. He helped me to get another new tuscon in my budget. Michael is so patient, knowledgeable and honest and friendly. I feel like a family whenever I visit Michael and the dealership. Love everyone at the place. My salesperson Iggy Bareto was excellent could not have asked for a better experience! I have been leasing cars for many years prior andhave never walked away so pleased. My intial outreach was via the internet. The woman who replied wanted to set up an appointment even though I made it clear I was interested in a an 'out the door price' as we were over 1 1/2 hours away an replied wanted to set up an appointment even though I made it clear I was interested in a an 'out the door price' as we were over 1 1/2 hours away and didn't want to travel that far to find out they added some ridiculous amount in fees. I said the only way I would give them my business is if they would provide me with the final price over the phone. Her response was "if" her manager was interested he would call me back... IF?! I was incredulous. So I spoke with the manager, explained what happened and he said he'd call me back. He did, within 30 minutes, and explained that it was not customary for them to give used car prices over the phone, he understood that we were so far away and agreed. Great price for an almost new (1600 miles) CPO 2020 Elantra SEL. They offered to hold the car for us till the next day. I then became concerned that they would some how try to add in loan fees and had a hard time getting in touch with their Finance Manager, Gio. Finally reached him and he put me at ease. Although I would have liked to have known the finance rate before we went, he explained we had to sign a document to release their ability to run the credit to get the rate. When all when said and done, the car was ready,our salesman Michael was laid back and the loan process was quick because we had filled out all credit info in advance. It went exactly as we had expected and Gio got us a great rate (that matched what our credit union would have been) and was straightforward. I was initally hesitant due to some reviews, but being the end of the month, they were motivated to give the best prices and we lucked out they charged no additional fees (beyond doc, etching, tax, tags, and title) that they normally do. I was pleasantly surprised and as long as you are on your toes, you should have no issues. More

NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP From the moment we arrived at Paramus Hyundai Michael (Gibson) was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the Certified Pre-Owned Elantra we were From the moment we arrived at Paramus Hyundai Michael (Gibson) was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the Certified Pre-Owned Elantra we were inquiring about. He was by no means pushy which, in and of itself, makes him a non-typical Sales person. He listened to and, more importantly, understood what we wanted and what we needed in a car. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the right vehicle, and that we were happy with that vehicle. His honesty, cheerfulness, and general demeanor was more than refreshing. Josue, who helped us with financing, was also a pleasure to work with. Both Michael and Josue made a usually stressful situation into a painless one.
