Not only was the price fair, the attention to detail, the mechanical /electrical /drivetrain n attention to detail, the convertible and special functioning of my vehicle's bespoke details - i'm telling you this 2009 Mercedes SL550 was perfect in every way- Corey told me he would take care of me like he would his Mom and you know what ? I was interested in purchasing a 2020 Mercedes GTC from Perfect Auto Collection. The car looked spectacular online, price was high but workable. Called an spoke with Ron. He was friendly and sent me a buil Perfect Auto Collection. The car looked spectacular online, price was high but workable. Called an spoke with Ron. He was friendly and sent me a build sheet and CARFAX. No one, online or in the phone, mentioned tthe car was a “Buyback” vehicle. This means the car was repurchased by Mercedes under the lemon law. This was on the CARFAX report and it also failed emissions testing 6 times in at least 2 states. I called to speak to Ron to get the exact reasons this car was repurchased by Mercedes. Of course Ron was not available so I spoke with David. He said Mercedes performed the buy back because there was a tear in the convertible top. I told him I find that hard to believe. He said he would have Ron call me after they spoke with Mike (who is the buyer @ Perfect Auto). Of course no one followed up with me. So my conclusion? Perfect Auto is in the business of acquiring high end vehicles cheaply, misrepresenting the cars, and then selling for exponential profits. I checked other records and there are quite of number of disgruntled customers. I called the BBB and I was told that Perfect Auto had their accreditation revoked early in Feb. 2025 due to multiple complaints similar in nature to mine but people had actually bought vehicles and Perfect Auto refused to make things right.
