I purchased a brand-new Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury at the end of July of this year. My salesman was Mike Graff and he worked hard to locate he exact car I wanted. Unfortunately the car developed a very s the end of July of this year. My salesman was Mike Graff and he worked hard to locate he exact car I wanted. Unfortunately the car developed a very serious transmission flaw shortly after purchase which resulted in it being out of service for an extended period of time. The dealership reacted excellently. My service advisor Ryan Farrell kept in constant communication with me. Cadillac ultimately replaced the entire transmission and I was supplied a brand-new loaner car for the duration. Michael Mullaney, the dealership’s owner, saw to it that I received a large check for my inconvenience when I returned to pick my car up. This was something I had not requested and still amazes me. As unfortunate as this experience was in the end Cadillac stood by its product and Hudson Cadillac, Buick & GMC stood by me as its customer. The car is running great and I remain impressed and grateful. These are people worthy of your trust. More

I called one hour ahead to find out if they still had a 2018 Buick Regal TourX still available I saw on the interenet, they told me it was available. When I pulled up to the dealership they had the car pa 2018 Buick Regal TourX still available I saw on the interenet, they told me it was available. When I pulled up to the dealership they had the car parked in the front which I thought was a nice touch. The salesman apologized that they didn't have it freshly cleaned for the test drive, again, I thought that was nice. The salesman gave me the whole run down on the car and was very nice. Within minutes of being there the salesman copied my license and let me take it for a test drive. After they evaluated my trade in and gave me a fair price I was happy with. The next day I can in to pick up my new (used) car and they offered drinks, snacks, and were every polite. The actual dealer owner came over and talked with me for awhile and was an amazing individual. All in all everything went smooth and I couldn't have had an easier transaction. I am recommending friends and family to go here. More

I found a GMC Terrain that I was looking for on Hudsons website. I called to schedule a test drive and was connected to Michael Graff. He was friendly and scheduled a time that was good for me. The terrain was ready for me to test drive when I got there. He took the time to go over all the features of the terrain and was never pushy. He answered all of our questions and once I said we were going to buy the terrain he connected us with Matt to handle the financial part. Again, never was anyone pushy, which I was really impressed with. A week later I called with some questions regarding the infotainment system. I was told by Michael to come by and he will be more than happy to go over it with me. I did exactly that and all questions were answered. Will definitely refer and deal with Hudson's again, if the opportunity arises. More

This was my first visit and purchase from this dealer and everything went so smooth. Very knowledgeable and willing to show different options of used cars.
