The staffs and technicians always deliver! My car is always serviced withing the time frame provided. Very courteous, helpful and nice customer service. Have been working with Mike Hare for years. There isn't much I can say I haven't already. He knows my two trucks inside and out. That seems to be attributed to a deep understanding of cars, There isn't much I can say I haven't already. He knows my two trucks inside and out. That seems to be attributed to a deep understanding of cars, a full understanding of Toyota's products and a genuine concern that the vehicles he is servicing are operating safely and efficiently. He's proud of what he does, and I'd consider him the primary reason I have serviced my vehicles there for the last 15+ years. Aside from his technical expertise, he's also a good guy. No xx or run arounds on any of the work and everything is always done when he says it will be. We enjoy talking with him and plan to continue working with the dealership for as long as he is around. Final note - After having the dealership replace a set of tires on one of my previous Tundras, Mike hung around (after his day was over) to make sure everything was done right. When I pulled up, he was actually checking the lugs with a torque wrench. That extra effort speaks volumes about the guy and how much he cares. Hopefully you won't hang him for stepping outside of his job a bit. But him giving that extra effort means I don't have to worry about an oil plug or something else letting go as I'm driving away. If I was running your operations, I'd be looking for a position that puts him into an oversight/management role or has him doing training. It's obvious his talents are not being fully utilized in his current role. More
