Unprofessional, poor workmanship with installation of a new factory spoiler. Spoke with the service advisor about new install brakes making loud screeching noise, his response was for me to wait until anot new factory spoiler. Spoke with the service advisor about new install brakes making loud screeching noise, his response was for me to wait until another replacement spoiler part comes in and I must deal with the noise until. I returned my vehicle back to the dealer and they reinstalled the new spoiler ( still wasn’t flush) big visual gap, one side higher that the other. advisor told me that how they all look. When it comes to the brakes the advisor claimed the tech drove the vehicle over 20 miles and didn’t hear anything. Advisor told me that he would let the manager get in contact with me and that was from 6/25/22 and it is now 7/7/22. I would not be bringing my vehicle back to this shop for future repairs. More

I cant even begin to say enough about the service department. Tyler Nick and Mike are top notch when it comes to service, communication and just listening when it comes to my 2009 RDX. They are always so nice and listen to exactly what I’m trying to explain when it comes to my car issues. If it doesn’t make sense, they still listen and make sure they understand.
