Inspect your used vehicle prior to purchasing! Angelo sold us a used 2023 RAV4 with $2900 worth of damage and this was not disclosed to us prior to the sale. When asked for help, DARCARS stated th Angelo sold us a used 2023 RAV4 with $2900 worth of damage and this was not disclosed to us prior to the sale. When asked for help, DARCARS stated that they did not know about the damage. They have since been very unwilling to help. Additionally, Angelo and Gabriel were extremely unprofessional when speaking to me about trying to resolve this issue with Angelo even stating “legally, there is nothing we have to do for you.” General Manager Rez stated that if damage is not reported on the CARFAX, they do not know about it. Therefore, this dealership is not properly inspecting their used vehicles prior to sale. Be very cautious! This has been a traumatizing experience. I do not recommend DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore. More
