On a pricing basis, Michael was the most aggressive on the cap cost of the truck as well as the total monthly and upfront payments. He did an excellent job in searching for vehicles outside of his current inventory and was exceptionally responsive when our initial vehicle fell through. Michael displayed excellent customer service throughout this experience and was available via work phone, cell phone and e-mail. He provided updates on the scheduled delivery and even delivered the truck directly to my wife's office. I highly recommend Michael and look forward to dealing with him in the future. More

After we decided to purchase a ML350 we started a quotation online. Michael send me all the information we needed and with a very competitive price. He's also very patient with us on all of the quest quotation online. Michael send me all the information we needed and with a very competitive price. He's also very patient with us on all of the questions we have. At first we were hesitated to go to him because we live in Long Island and we had the big snow blizzard. However, after talking with a few local dealers we were very upset and felt like we wasted our time. Some dealerships have "online promotion department" but they are talking totally different languages from the real sales person that you meet at the dealership. The excitement of buying a new car turned into a angry argument with the local dealers. Michael, on the other hand, is beyond our expectation. He worked hard with us to make sure we get all the information we need before our visit and when we were in his office the brand new car is waiting for us! We paid the price as we discussed previously and then the only thing left is to take this new baby home. The very next day Michael called me to make sure I'm happy with everything. That's what I call professional. Will definitely recommend him to my friends if they are interested in any Mercedez. More

Michael is a very honest person. The price we set though email is the final price we paid. There is no extra gimmick. The financing and the paperwork is very smooth. The car we got is brand-new and it only email is the final price we paid. There is no extra gimmick. The financing and the paperwork is very smooth. The car we got is brand-new and it only has 10 miles so Michael did not cheat us with a car more than 100 miles. It is a great pleasure for us to buy new ML350 from Michael. More

Would be IMPOSSIBLE to find a better car buying experience then dealing with Michael Hill. I was connected with Michael via the Edmunds website... out of the 6 or 7 guys who emailed me back, Micha experience then dealing with Michael Hill. I was connected with Michael via the Edmunds website... out of the 6 or 7 guys who emailed me back, Michael was the first and that kind of set the tone for his work ethic and responsiveness throughout the process. He beat everyone on price, was BEYOND honest and transparent throughout the entire process versus the other slimey typical car salesman, and responded to every question I had in a very detailed manner. While researching buying the car, I learned of several incentive packages Mercedes was offering at the time. Michael offered every single one to me from the start. The other guys all played dumb and wouldnt bring the price down until I mentioned the incentive. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who put his best foot forward from the start, and didnt have to deal with the typical tit for tat that occurs with car salesman. He stressed to me throughout the entire process that his numbers were completely legit and there wouldnt be a single penny of extra hidden charges at the time of pickup, and lived up to every word. The paperwork process probably took about 5 minutes max, and was as easy as I could ever dream. More

Michael Hill made each of my experiences at Benzel-Busch unique and pleasant. My first car being the FourTwo Smart Car led my experience, and then when time came to purchase my Mercedes E350 it was a natura unique and pleasant. My first car being the FourTwo Smart Car led my experience, and then when time came to purchase my Mercedes E350 it was a natural "link", "why look further?" Mike is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy; there are no "hidden" factors that pop up. I spoke with Mike frequently on the phone, describing my needs and his suggestions were Right-on." Mike was always up-front with his thoughts and how a package would benefit me; but ultimately leaving the final decision to me. Pricing costs were straight on; no "let me speak to a manager and see if we can do better," a gimmick used by many dealerships. To date, I have highly recommended Benzel-Busch and Michael to my friends; I know if they decide, they too will have a wonder experience. Congratulations Mike! More
