He called me and had the car that i was looking for. I was so impressed by his exceptional service and professionalism that i became loyal to this dealership for ever from my previous one where i bought cars for more than 10 years, After my first buy Joseph has been my sales contact, he is very easy to work with, no pressure selling and is always pleasant and more than helpful in the buying process. Every friend i referred to him have become his fan and will drive any distance to buy from Joseph and Benzel Bush. He is very prompt and no matter what, always gets backs ASAP even when he is off. He always is willing to go the extra mile to help his customers including offering to come on his off day to service , which is just exemplary service that you dont often come across elsewhere. Being robbed during routine service Terrible experience. Nothing went right with this service. Brought car in and was promised to have the service completed the next day. Day 2, at 5 Terrible experience. Nothing went right with this service. Brought car in and was promised to have the service completed the next day. Day 2, at 5 PM service still not completed. Personal property was stolen from the vehicle. Had to file police report. Dealership made insulting comments, and made ZERO effort to rectify the situation. Offering a free shirt and cheap dealership gift card is really free advertisement for them. This dealership treats you like you are an idiot. More

From the moment I contacted the dealer to the moment the car was delivered I fe Mercedes-Benz could not have been more pleasant or straight forward. From the moment I contacted the dealer to the moment the car was delivered I felt I was working with a Consummate professional. His pricing was both competitive and transparent, he has respectful and Accommodating of my time constraints. He was able to reschedule a delivery on less than an hour's notice and still managed to have the car cleaned, fueled and all necessary paper work pre-printed filled out and ready for signing. I was in and out of the dealer in under an hour, an impressive feat that I have never experienced in any of my prior car buying experiences. -Michael was able to field every curve-ball and every oddball question I asked, even about the most obscure stats. He was able to address every possible concern of even the most unlikely scenario. I have often been described as a man with impossibly high standards and expectations but Michael both met and exceeded every one of them. Ultimately the biggest compliment I can give Michael is that he was instrumental in my decision to purchase from Benzel-Busch opposed to the many other choices available. Truly he is an asset to their organization. More

Michael was pleasure to deal with. Could just tell he was a straight shooter; no games. Put his best foot forward from the outset -- no "need to check with manager" or "what's the number I have to hit". was a straight shooter; no games. Clear, concise answers and explanations -- I hate it when the sales guy are ambiguous with answers or worst they make it up and pretend they know more than they do. Don't expect them to know everything -- better to say "don't know but can find out". Not only was Michael's quote the best but he was on the ball with preparing the paperwork in advance, including getting insurance for the new vehicle so I didn't have to waste time. Went in to pick up the car a few days later. Took about 10 minutes to sign the papers. Was prepared not to buy the add ons but Deej was good. Not too pushy (although they're suppose to sell, that's their job). Ended up getting the lease end excess wear and tear coverage. Who knows if it'll end up being a good thing but at least it's eliminate 99% of the lease end excess wear and tear $ anxiety. Both Mike and Deej were excellent -- professional, friendly, not pushy, prepared. Combinations hard to find at car dealers. More
