Air bag recall turned great sale We took our twelve year old accord into Ocala Honda for a recall . While we were Waiting we decided to look at a new accord. He let us test drive more than one model and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us a no pressure sale price so we offered our price back and the sales manager Rick carpenter accepted it . Very seamless experience. Mike Hoey sold me a Camry LE. Very nice guy. Finance mgr was Ramy Tarawneh , he did a great deal on financing. Loving my new HONDA I am happy to join the Honda vehicle family, on the recommendation of my daughter. In fact, he was our key contact throughout the process and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Enjoyed Ramy and his high tech documents. Steve Schellinger was of great assistance in getting the lease explained and making the deal come together. (BTW - Frank Maiorino did contact me my phone after my internet inquiry but he was not available when we came into the dealership.) More
