Provided honest options and didn’t oversell or undersell a vehicle. I did not have an appointment and I did spend the entire day there and that is the only drawback. I did not have much interaction with Michael Hostutler, but the little I did he too was professional. Sean was the financial guy I spent more time with signing on the dotted lines. I feel like we’re old friends now. Overall this is a very nice dealership. Professional employees. Comfortable waiting area with a coffee bar and TV. Everyone makes you feel at home. More

Absolutely an amazing dealership! I have been buying a new car every 3 to 5 years my entire adult life and I have not experienced a dealership like mini of Ransey ever! I bought a used jeep from them and as soon as I brought it home it started overheating. They immediately came and picked up the vehicle, fixed the issue and then dropped it back off to me. Terry is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and Mark the service manager was so super nice and so apologetic. They went above and beyond all of my expectations and made sure I was completely satisfied. I would completely recommend this dealership to anybody!! And as a bonus, they totally care about oral hygiene and keep mouthwash in their bathrooms. Lol. I can’t say enough good things about Terry my salesman! He was literally one of the nicest most genuine people I have met in a very long time. If you see a vehicle at this dealership that you want, definitely go here because they’re awesome! More
