Luis Ugarte was my Sales Associate. He was awesome… incredibly patient, personable, and professional. Abe Levi greeted me immediately when I arrived. He was courteous, not pushy, and did not pressure me. Answered all my questions like it was casual conversation and never made me feel like I was bothering him, extremely personable and knowledgeable. Provided honest options and didn’t oversell or undersell a vehicle. I did not have an appointment and I did spend the entire day there and that is the only drawback. I did not have much interaction with Michael Hostutler, but the little I did he too was professional. Sean was the financial guy I spent more time with signing on the dotted lines. I feel like we’re old friends now. Overall this is a very nice dealership. Professional employees. Comfortable waiting area with a coffee bar and TV. Everyone makes you feel at home. More
