My experience with Michael Hurtado was above any service I have ever had. He was ALWAYS there if I had a question even on weekends. Michael is as dedicated to his job as they come. I have since bought the vehicle that Michael leased me, Only with Michael assistance did the purchase happen. I fell on hard times (filed Bankruptcy in 2010) my credit was less than stellar. Not only did Michael put together a contract for purchase. He also advised me on how to build my credit back up. Michael still took my calls regarding my questions about building my credit back up, this was after the purchase was made. Michael deals with people as if he is a good friend working on helping you get what you need and follows through and still keeps in touch. Which to me is more than a car dealer. Car Dealers are a dime a dozen. Michael Hurtado is not just a car dealer, Not only would I recommend Michael Hurtado to my friends and family. When it came time to trade in my first vehicle, I thought there was no way I was goi D&M Leasing and have had nothing but excellent service from him. When it came time to trade in my first vehicle, I thought there was no way I was going to be able to get another one due to financial problems that I had and Mr. Hurtado got me into another vehicle and gave me some advise on how to rebuild my credit. Michael has done a great job finding the vehicle I want, the color, and all the extras. He has always been able to find me great financing and able to get me in the car I want. When Michael brings the car to the house he is always so patient and lets us drive around and play with the car to be sure we made the right decision, he never makes us feel rushed or in a hurry. Plus he is so much fun to be with during the testing of the car. Michael is also great at going thru the car and explaining all the accessories and and how to use them. He makes the buying of a new car an awesome experience, he is very organized, has all the papers in order and ready to go so when you sit down to sign it goes fast and smooth.
