He is totally understanding of my needs in all areas. He always returns my calls promptly and is always so pleasant on the phone and in person. Michael has done a great job finding the vehicle I want, the color, and all the extras. He has always been able to find me great financing and able to get me in the car I want. When Michael brings the car to the house he is always so patient and lets us drive around and play with the car to be sure we made the right decision, he never makes us feel rushed or in a hurry. Plus he is so much fun to be with during the testing of the car. Michael is also great at going thru the car and explaining all the accessories and and how to use them. He makes the buying of a new car an awesome experience, he is very organized, has all the papers in order and ready to go so when you sit down to sign it goes fast and smooth. I will continue to use Michael for any other purchases we make, and continue to recommend him to friends and family. More

We called and talked to Mike on the phone. We told him what we were looking for and he delivered the car (PT Cruiser) personally to us, brought the car to our home and brought the paperwork.
