I called Mike Iafanti, who was able to schedule me quickly, resulting in the problem being corrected the same day I brought it in. Mike Iafanti has taken care of my wife's E Class diesel as well as my convertible since we moved to Florida from Connecticut, He has consistently done his best and is a pleasure to deal with. More

A dealership to be trusted! I always bring my Mercedes here for routine or required service. The staff are always very friendly and answer any questions that I might have regard I always bring my Mercedes here for routine or required service. The staff are always very friendly and answer any questions that I might have regarding maintenance or other issues. It seems to me that customers with bad experiences are more apt to complain and very few share the good. I feel it's better to share the positive experiences and this dealership is the best. More

Good so far Salesman, was very patient and professional. He spent much time with us over several visits through the pre owned Inventory. When we mentioned that w Salesman, was very patient and professional. He spent much time with us over several visits through the pre owned Inventory. When we mentioned that we might be interested in an SLK he showed us one that had just come in and hadn't even been cleaned up yet but had everything we wanted on the car including the color. He spent much time showing us all of the features of the car. Post delivery, salesman has arranged arranged to have a scrape on the underside of the front bumper cowling, which was not previously noticed promptly repaired. More

Also a $ 70.00 charge for rotating the tires was a little overpriced. Other dealers charge approximately $20.00. More
