Man all I wanted was just a dealership to not play games! Well I found them. Michael Jackson was the one who helped me out on a 2013 3500 dodge cummins dually! Gave me plenty of lenders as an option (which for some reason other dealers weren't). I highly recommend this guy! I highly recommend this dealership. It was a comfortable experience. Ms Caylnn the finance manager is very professional and was very welcoming. At the end we some how got on the topic of high-end places to dine and that I can take my wife to😅. It was definitely worth the drive. I knew the deal was mine as soon as Mike Jones answered the phone🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank yall very much! More

I had a great experience purchasing my F150 from Riata Ford. Michael Jackson, my sales repetitive was kind and patient helping me select my truck. The next morning I realized it was missing a key, importa Ford. Michael Jackson, my sales repetitive was kind and patient helping me select my truck. The next morning I realized it was missing a key, important feature (no fault of the sales rep) and needed to exchange for another truck. The sales manager greeted me at the front door with kindness and A.J. helped me get the truck I wanted with all the features I needed. Oscar in finance was patient and very helpful. They made buying my first truck a fun experience. I will be recommending Riata Ford to my friends and family. Thank you. Gary More

I loved the car I got, but that was about it. The car arrived with some damage, which the dealership promised to fix "once the part comes in". I got it in writing, but that didn't seem to do any good. Af arrived with some damage, which the dealership promised to fix "once the part comes in". I got it in writing, but that didn't seem to do any good. After almost 3 months of no updates, I had to contact them again and ask for this to be resolved, which took them about an additional week to follow up, to then schedule an appointment for 1 month later. I contacted them 1 business day before the appointment, and they didn't have me on their schedule. My sales rep instead told me I'd have to go all the way across town to a random body shop to get this fixed. After I asked for him to make it happen at the initial dealership service center like it was originally scheduled, he said he'd look into it, but no resolution yet. The sales guy and manager were nice people, and it hurts to leave a mediocre review. More
