Overall great experience, everyone there were helpful and very professional. Salesman Michael Jackson is by far the best, he made sure I was taken care of and provided the best customer service you could ask very professional. Overall I am very happy with my experience at Classic Elite Chevrolet and with my vehicle. I love my new Colorado Trail Boss truck! My salesman, Michael Jackson, was excellent and very helpful both durin Elite Chevrolet and with my vehicle. I love my new Colorado Trail Boss truck! My salesman, Michael Jackson, was excellent and very helpful both during the purchase experience and in follow up exchanges in the week or two afterwards. Specifically, he made sure I got the floor mats and the window tint that were listed on the sticker but we’re not on/in the truck (this was a problem with Chevrolet or maybe even the dealership itself, but MJ made sure he personally resolved it). The dealership should have had this truck prepared with those two things before it ever went on the lot, because it still cost me an unnecessary trip back to the dealership to get it resolved. More
