My salesperson was more interested in getting me to opt into all the smartphone apps and other tech widge They seemed to have a decent selection. That was annoying given the amount of time I spent at the dealership. I got the vehicle I wanted, more or less. My experience at the service center going forward will determine if I refer a friend or buy another car from them. More

Daniel in the finance department tried to force me to use the dealer's preferred bank, Ally, after I repeatedly told him I had pre-approval from my Capital One and wasn't interested in other options. He ran the dealer's preferred bank, Ally, after I repeatedly told him I had pre-approval from my Capital One and wasn't interested in other options. He ran a hard credit check with Ally against my wishes and even went as far as to draft up all the paperwork for financing with Ally and tried to play it off as a simple mistake when I caught him. Aggressive sales tactics from a shady finance manager and a borderline scam artist. Would never do business here again or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
