We were well taken care of, letting us use a loner car since we live out of town. The use of the car allowed us to do all the necessary shopping needed. Two times I’ve gone to have the recall done and both times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then I dropped off my car, almost four hours later they tell me they could not do the service because they didn’t have the part. That’s was so unprofessional and a waste of my time. One time fine but two times, and yet no one has called me yet to let me know if they ordered the part. If they had another location I would go there instead of the one I went to. So no I wouldn’t recommend this location. More
