I never go here to get my car serviced, but had to take care of a recall on my Honda. Who knew that something simple could feel so frustrating. I asked to rent a car because the service would take a few hours. The first guy said, "yes, as soon as that department gets in." Well, the goal time was 8 am to rent the car and the woman was still not there at 9. I asked a different service rep and he said, "sure, my manager can get that done for you. Let me go find him." Nothing... 3rd guy says, "oh it doesn't look like we have any rentals available...we some here but they are reserved." I told the service department that I couldn't have the car there that long I'll bring it back in a different day and that guy left and came back and said that they already have the doors off. He made sure I knew that it was going to take two more hours. I drove in the back and saw my van and the doors were not taken off at all. He lied. Wow! My one and only time there and I will never go back. More

They don't do what they say and charge you for! HEAR THIS KEN GARFF HONDA YOU GUYS SUCK! Do not go there for a car purchase! DO NOT GO THERE FOR A SERVICE. I bought their packaged deal of three o HEAR THIS KEN GARFF HONDA YOU GUYS SUCK! Do not go there for a car purchase! DO NOT GO THERE FOR A SERVICE. I bought their packaged deal of three oil changes/tire roations/multi-point inspections. I sit there and wait forever, for them to change the oil and rotate the tires. I was told they performed the service I picked up my keys and went out to my car. The tires were not Rotated, I had a mark (good sized scratch from sliding into a curb one winter) on my rims and it was at the exact same location as it was before I went in for my service. I was ticked but I had no proof...so the next time my car was up for a service I took a picture of the tire and its location on my car, they performed their "service" of rotating my tire and changing the oil, I picked up the keys and went to the car...sure enought they didn't rotate the tires again. I was livid, I went back into the dealership and let them have it. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST LIARS...I would never reccommend them, they are theives and crooks!!!!! More
