Purchased my car from Kenny Ross Mazda and couldn't be happier with the experience. No high pressure sales tactics and I was able to do much of it over the phone/online meaning I didn't have to sit in the happier with the experience. Side paperwork on a new vehicle never took delivery. Problem with the tech and unable to repair. Switched out to another vehicle and had dealer add-ons. Illuminated door seal trim plates were installed Problem with the tech and unable to repair. Switched out to another vehicle and had dealer add-ons. Illuminated door seal trim plates were installed and driver side seal fell off when I open the door. They reapplied the one on the door and within a day all of them fell off. I had to install them myself. I also had the vehicle rust proof there. But apparently they're rust proofing does not include the bottom of the car. When I called and asked about it they said that would be an extra expense. This is my third brand new car from Kenny Ross and it's probably my last. More
