From the first phone call to the actual meeting Mike K. was on point. He is knowledgeable, passionate about all kinds of vehicles, personable and determined without arrogance. We could have made a purchase at 2 other Toyota dealerships but no one had the foresight to explain other options that would allow us to get what we wanted until we met Mike K. and Rocky D.
