Super fast deal. No haggling, no arguing. Michael Keenum was a super polite salesman and help me AND my wife get 2 new vehicles! They helped us meet our pre-approval amount without batting an eye. Finance w was a super polite salesman and help me AND my wife get 2 new vehicles! They helped us meet our pre-approval amount without batting an eye. Finance was literally in and out. We drove 2hrs away to twice to get each of our vehicles. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Our kids are excited for our trips and I’m excited to tow our Offroad toys with my new HD Ram. Great car buying experience, not happy with finance I had a great car buying experience with Michael Keenum. He was straight forward and listened to my deal requirements. No issues and great service from him and the sales staff. This review would be five (5) stars with glowing information all the way around except the finance experience. Marcellus was told I was preapproved through my lender but still tried to fill out a loan application for me to sign. I told him several times but he still tried to get me to sign the loan app. I called my institution while sitting in the office and confirmed I wanted to go to my bank to complete the loan. This was due to specifics I had already set up with my bank. I refused to sign the application at the dealership. Marcellus was visible not happy with my decision. He completed the paperwork and I left the dealership. I went straight to my institution to complete the purchase. I arrived less than thirty minutes after leaving the dealership. The loan servicing company had already called because Marcellus made a complaint. He accused my institution of directing me not to sign the loan application. This was a complete lie. I gave the form back to him and told him I as not going to sign an application for credit when I did not need to apply for credit. I could not have been more direct and open about preapproval and not using financing from the very beginning of my contact. To have a fiance person still move forward and ignore me is unacceptable in my opinion. I will gladly go back to the dealership but I will not use this finance person again. Hopefully this is a one time event but I seemed pretty planned to me. More

Mixed feelings but thank god for Erik seriously This is gonna be long, Steven the sales manager is very nice. Michael the salesman was also very nice, however no one likes to call you back. Out of all the dealerships I can honestly say I like this one the best, however, when Stephen another sales guy took over my sale came into the picture....well he pulled snake moves. I was asking to close the deal with 187.50 discount. He acted like it was approved had my mother and I in his office, going through paperwork and then when it came to the signing of the price, he increased it by 25.00 and didn’t take off the discount. He then blamed it on accounting, said they said no! Well when he took us into Erik who works in finance, he honestly made everything! All our anxiety and annoyance disappear. I swear sometimes all you need is a good honest person who genuinely cares to turn things around. Stephen caused me so much anxiety bc I could feel his snake energy. Be straight up Stephen! Leading customers on and making them pull their credit etc before telling them they discount isn’t happening is beyond low. Ok....back to Erik, he went above and beyond and didn’t mess any details. You can tell he actually wants to help others and make them feel good about purchasing from Landers. I swear some how he knew more than any of the sales staff. I asked for a lot to be honest (details and print out wise) and he didn’t miss a thing. I wish he was the gm. Well after having the best experience with Erik, and it was time to walk out and get my Jeep. Stephen pulled up some new rubicon and started to hand me the key. He’ll rubicon’s are more expensive I’ll take it, it was even newer than the Sahara I was purchasing. I started to take the keys and laughed and said “umm you do know this isn’t my Jeep” he had already put The temporary license plate on and everything. Like how?!?!!?????!!??!!?! Then he finally brought my Jeep around. He hands me one key, only ONE. I asked where the second key is being they are the only ones who have ever owned the Jeep. Stephen said “sorry only one key” really???? Seriously?!!????? He shrugged his shoulders and just didn’t say a thing. Hours later I had a few questions so I decided to contact the only one who seemed to care and had common sense (Erik) and to be honest I felt bad bc he isn’t a sales guy but he had all the answers and was so caring and took time out to really help me. He asked about my experience and really hoped I was happy with my experience at landers. He must love it there bc he really does care. Well I told him about the key and how Stephen just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care. Well a few days later Erik calls me and wishes me happy holidays and that my extra key is there. I mean now this is customer service. Wow! The only reason I’d suggest friends and family to landers is only bc of Erik. Give this man a raise! More
