Michael was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk us through every single detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and kept me informed every step of the way while we waited for my desired Camry to arrive. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and exciting instead.
When Michael had a 4pm appointment, Ken Tang stepped in to help us with the remainder of the process. Ken knew my uncle, which made the experience feel even more personal, and he matched Michael’s level of excellence perfectly. He was just as attentive, kind, and thorough, making sure nothing was rushed and that we felt completely comfortable and confident before moving forward.
Elise was incredible during the financing portion as well. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process feel easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our options and felt great about our final decisions.
We are beyond grateful for the amazing partnership and teamwork between Michael, Ken, and Elise. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care truly set Longo Toyota apart. This wasn’t just a car purchase, it was an experience we’ll always remember. Thank you all for making it so special!
