Never once was there a sales pitch or pressure exerted Dialogue was had to help with the decision tree. Personal stories were shared by all thiose involved which illuminated how humble and sensitive this team is. Even when I had last minute finance concerns Mike responded to them with kindeness and patience. The personal touch of Niam to introduce me to the new technology was done so in an easy to understand and professional manner. The pillar of this team remains to be Steve in the service department who in the busiest of times will always take a few moments to see if he can be of any assistance.
