Ron was completely professional. He took the time to fully inspect the vehicle I was interested in to make sure it would meet my standards before I flew into NJ from Los Angeles to see the vehicle. The entire experience was great. Even the GM came out and talked to me. It started with Ken through the internet and continued with Christian who was my sales person. I was well taken care of from the moment I called and spoke with Ron! we made an appointment for me to stop by and drive and discuss the LR2 that interested me. Ron patiently answered all the questions I had...and then some. When it was time to come and pick up my vehicle, Ron diligently saw to every detail, much to my happiness!! paperwork was all in order and the vehicle looked impeccable! This dealership does have a 'family' feel to it, all the employees encountered were congenial and friendly. Very pleasant car shopping and purchase. I would definitely recommend this group for anyone interested in a relaxed and professional car shopping experience. Thanks guys!! Did I mention how absolutely crazy in love I am with this LR2?? My wife had been set on the LR4 for awhile now but we did not decide to go this route until our 3rd child was on the way (all under 4yo). One of the advantages was that the LR4 is big and can fit the 3 car not decide to go this route until our 3rd child was on the way (all under 4yo). One of the advantages was that the LR4 is big and can fit the 3 car seats which her X5 could not. My wife had recommended Princeton Land Rover as she said she called in and spoke to Joel who was very knowledgeable about the car. My wife told she made an appointment to go in. This was the farthest of the 3 LR dealerships in our area but by far the best. Joel spent about 3 hours with us just answering questions, going through every seat config, moving car seats around, etc. Since we purchased end of '13 they discussed thoroughly model facelift etc. Long story short smoothest buying experience I can remember. Staff was great all the way around and Joel was top notch! Not too mention they found my wife the exact config she wanted and had it to her in record time. Strongly suggest this dealership and if you have the opportunity to work with Joel he is rock solid! I never fill these surveys out but this experience was a cut above the rest. More

I have owned several Land Rovers in the past but one caught my eye at Princeton. Said to my son - lets go take a look and Ron met me at the door.
