I have been here before with my husband and it was a very smooth process with him just like it was with me. Great place to deal with!!! Will use them again for my next vehicle! HOWEVER, it would be very nice to at least provide a bottle of water when we are sitting there waiting for a few hours to get our vehicle. A case of water is a whole couple dollars. If someone is purchasing a vehicle from you and spending 10s of thousands, a bottle of water shouldn't be too much to ask for. More

I’ve purchased 2 cars Used at Martin and the experience was better. A New car a Huge goal of mine is suppose to be exciting and to see my interior was scratched. During test driving I noticed the was better. A New car a Huge goal of mine is suppose to be exciting and to see my interior was scratched. During test driving I noticed the protective plastic was still in place for some reason it was removed during detailing. I wasn’t giving a full tank of gas the cleaning of my car was rushed. I was treated like a closing sale. I refuse to keep reaching out. Martin Honda has definitely declined in business. Love my car but I’m disappointed and how business was conducted and handled. Mike Libetti from the test drive to me picking up my car you was Patient & Professional!!!! More
