Michael Lombrozo made this long-distance purchase a breeze! While searching for a Cadillac XT4 in my area, I wasn’t finding one with all the bells & whistles that I wanted. In stepped Michael, via text breeze! While searching for a Cadillac XT4 in my area, I wasn’t finding one with all the bells & whistles that I wanted. In stepped Michael, via text message. He had one at Ocean Cadillac & even shipped it to me, saving me close to eight hours drive time, round-trip, had I had to drive there to pick it up. He was easily assessable and always responded quickly when I had any questions. Michael also sent me a detailed video of the vehicle so there’d be no surprises. Only bump in the road was a miscommunication with a new tag, which was not Michael’s department, but he quickly stepped in and got it taken care of. I’m very pleased with Michael and transporter Karl, who safely delivered the car to me. Overall, it was a fair price, very nice vehicle and great communication. I highly recommend Ocean Cadillac! More
