Ed Guzman made our purchasing of a new Honda CRV the easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. He explained everything clearly about the vehicle before and during a test drive, wh easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. On the day of our delivery, while he finished up with the customer before us, changed the plates from our trade in to the new CRV, and got last minute paper work finished, he made sure we were comfortable waiting at his desk and asked if we needed water or anything else. He went out of his way to let us know what was happening and the expected time it would take. Ed made sure we were comfortable with the technology and other features of the new CRV when we were ready to drive away. Ed said he would call the next day to see if we had any questions, and we said that would not be necessary. He said he would be happy to assist us with any future questions or demonstrate how things work. Ed said to just give him a call. We were dreading going in to a dealership to see about a new vehicle, but Ed made this so much easier. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a new Honda to see Edwin Guzman at Lia Honda. More
