Very disappointed with how service was handled I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warr I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warranty. The noise was slightly improved but not fixed. When I took the car back to have it checked again, they agreed to replace the part they had already replaced at no cost but charge me for additional work to solve the problem that should have been taken care of in the first place. Great Service, even had a backup plan! Michael Lyons did a nice job of explaining the problem, options available and implications of each.
