Usual I have been getting great fast check times with an Appointment however this time it wasn't so. I had to wait for over 30 minutes in my car with a host of other customers having try to keep our cool en Appointment however this time it wasn't so. I had to wait for over 30 minutes in my car with a host of other customers having try to keep our cool enduring heat and wasted time waiting to be checked it for service from the service department aka advisors and they blamed it on the virus . Perhaps they should have warned the customer's that it would be a lengthy process for checking in or do what other dealers do and come an pick up the vehicle for service. The work was completed as promised however they kept my vehicle most of the day .the vehicle was clean and performing great after I picked up, I hope that my next service will be a greater experience than this one was. More

From sales to service, communication is provided and available at all times, even if a question is asked twice. There was a time I called and the service team was answering the calls for sales due to phone system issues and it was not a useless call. Service team responds quickly and communicates all that is going on with the vehicle. Very patient and willing to help, both sales and service, and also reception (which really includes everyone). Reception was pleasant and helpful at all times. More
