I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be replaced. Mack my service advisor was great. Chris Irvin personally drove my home so I would not have to wait for the new tire. It was not in stock. Best Honda Dealer bar none! I bough my car here and just had my first service. Michael Mack, servicewriter, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and I was confident my needs were met. Service We were very pleased with our service person. He was very supportive and informative. He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed conc We were very pleased with our service person. He was very supportive and informative. He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed concern over the price of some services. We did decline his offer. We were concerned however because none of the personnel wore personal protective equipment, I.e. masks or gloves. Is this not required when dealing with the general public? The staff who approached our car outside came right up to the car window without a mask. We wore masks but that only protects them, not us. We did note the six foot spacers on the floor and the plastic shields at the desk. This was appreciated but, in our view, not adequate. More
