I was estimated a 2 & 1/2 hour wait and Michael promised if he can cut the wait time he would. I was there for only an hour and barely finished my sandwich when Michael came to get me. My car was ready. I've enjoyed the experience at Brandon Honda since purchasing my Honda Passport Elite last February 2019.
