I had been bringing my 2011 CRV to Wilde Honda since I moved to Sarasota in 2017. When it came time for a new CRV my service advisor, Tony, recommended that I work with Michael Malmsbury. This turned ou moved to Sarasota in 2017. When it came time for a new CRV my service advisor, Tony, recommended that I work with Michael Malmsbury. This turned out to be an excellent referral as Michael was friendly, provided helpful information in guiding me to the right trim level and pros & cons of buying vs. leasing. Michael took me out on an extended test drive to demonstrate all the features of the 2020 CRV Touring. He also explained the financial options...all with no pressure. After making my choice, Michael ordered the new CRV and had it ready for me within a couple days. Upon delivery Michael, again, went over all the new features as well as walking through the entire vehicle to ensure everything was in order. The financial transaction was also hassle free with Joe. Everything was explained clearly and he went out of his way to apply discounts available through AAA and Honda. All in all, Michael made this a very enjoyable and stress free experience. He went above and beyond what I have experienced in any new car purchase since I started buying cars in the 1970's - and Honda's since 1986. He even helped me with coordinating transporting my old CRV to Minnesota. I would highly recommend Michael at Wilde Honda to anyone interested in a new car - especially if you are intimidated by all the new technology or have had bad experiences with car salespeople in the past. You won't be disappointed! More
