When it was time to consider a car for my teens, I felt strongly that we should pay a visit to Wilde Honda, a dealership I trust based on experience with my own cars. Not only was he enthusiastic about showing us some of the least pricey options on the used car lot, he took time to educate my teens about car brands and reputations, CarFax, insurance, and safety options. He gave us his full attention, even ignoring his phone which I am sure was alerting him about bigger fish and better deals. Even though we were budget-minded, Michael treated us like VIPs. The education my kids got in the process of this deal was worth every penny we paid for the car and every minute we spent at Wilde. And...we got a great car! More

He is very customer oriented and promptly answered email questions, text messages and phone calls. I searched AutoTrader for about week for a certified 2017 Honda Accord, V6, one owner, in good condition with very low mileage. I decided on a red Accord at Wilde Honda in Sarasota, Fl. I was impressed by the many pictures posted showing every feature of the car. I contacted the dealership and the very next morning, June 20th, Michael called and we talked about the car. I told him I wanted to think it over and I would get back to him. He said "sure" and did not pressure me to make a decision. A couple of days later I called to let him know I wanted to purchase the car. From that point on everything went smoothly because Michael is very good at what he does. I live in Houston, TX so documents had to be handled by overnight delivery. I decided, because of COVID-19, to have the car transported. Michael referred me to a transport service and the car arrived on July 1st. I cannot thank Michael enough for his outstanding service and I love my beautiful car. More

When I looked to possibly consider buying a new car, I returned to Wilde Honda. We worked with Bob before but when I called, I was introduced to Michael who knew Bob no longer worked in new car sales, but returned to Wilde Honda. Michael was easy to work with. During COVID, he made sure to let me know when he was available and reassured me he had the car I wanted and that it was a good time to buy. This was probably the quickest and easiest car purchase we’ve made. Michael has us drive the car, he had my former Honda appraised and confirmed pricing all in one short visit. We returned the next day and were in and out quickly. As promised, the tune was right and the price made sense. Michael made sure I was comfortable with the new safety features and technology before we left that night. He followed up to make sure everything I was promised was delivered: tint, a full tank of gas and even asked if I needed a refresher on the technology. I appreciate his follow up but most of all appreciate how easy he made this purchase. There was no push, just confirmation of what I was looking for, what made sense and what our price point was. There was no hassle or haggle. In this time, when no one wants to waste time, this quick and easy transaction made me a Honda fan all over. I’m taking a few minutes to share some of the attributes of Michael Malmsbury, my salesperson at Wilde Honda in Sarasota. When the car I had been driving since 2005 finally expired the daunting task of purc of Michael Malmsbury, my salesperson at Wilde Honda in Sarasota. When the car I had been driving since 2005 finally expired the daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle lay ahead. My idea of dealing with car salesmen was such that when I noted the pending car search on Facebook I included a photo of me reading “the Art of War” by Sun Tzu. My wife Diane and l showed up at Wilde Honda and Michael proceeded to show us the cars we were interested in. He immediately struck me as relaxed and personable, providing my wife and I with the information on each vehicle. As is the case with many husband and wife duo’s we had a game plan going in the door but after we started viewing the cars that plan went right out the window. Michael was up to the task, not needing to play arbiter but rather explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle , checking his cell phone for additional info when needed and allowing Diane and I to come to a decision organically without the tension these situations sometimes initiate.
