He continued working with me on some things even AFTER the sale was made and we had the car. He seems very genuinely nice and caring and is a true delight to work with. He is being saved as a contact in my phone for any future car needs we may have. I’d actually started working with someone else at this dealership and decided to not even buy a Honda because of their attitude and pushiness, we had a down payment on a car at another company when I decided to try someone else at Honda. Michael was able to turn all of that unpleasantness around and leave us with a wonderful car buying experience. Truly 10/10 stars!!!! More

I had been looking for a Civic Type R for a long time, but since they're a hot commodity I couldn't find one anywhere in the state that wasn't marking them up. Some dealerships were even asking 7500 over but since they're a hot commodity I couldn't find one anywhere in the state that wasn't marking them up. Some dealerships were even asking 7500 over MSRP for the car. I saw a listing on Autotrader for a new type R at Wilde Honda and called them up and spoke with Michael. He told me that they were willing to sell the car at MSRP which was fantastic! That being said, there were 4 other interested buyers that also were trying to buy the same car. Michael was superb in communicating with me through the whole car buying process and working with me to get as many documents and items handled via email or text so that it would minimize my time at the dealership. Furthermore, he made sure that the other buyers didn't jump the line and get the car that I had been waiting so long for. Michael was very courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push me at any stage of the purchase. I had to drive to the dealership from 3 hours away and because of work constraints, I got there with only 30 minutes left before closing. Michael stayed with me 2 hours past closing making sure I was taken care of and helped me clean out my trade in and get my new car all set up. He continued to follow up with me and made the experience very smooth and easy. I would recommend working with Michael to anyone. More

I needed to pair my new phone to my car. I am not a tech person do I perceived this as a difficult task.
