Michael took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me to the best choice for me. Michael then took the time to sit with me in my new vehicle and educate me on all of the features as well as connect my cell phone to hands-free and program my radio stations. He then took me out on the road and not only showed me all of the unique features in my new Civic but then had the patience to let me drive and practice implementing these new features until I felt confident.
