We contacted him by phone and he patiently listened to our needs and wants. Most of the work was accomplished over the phone. Only had to spend a few hours to complete the sale/lease at the dealership. Michael was knowledgeable, kind, experienced and efficient! He explained every step of the lease process. He took his time demonstrating all the cars' functions and gave helpful hints for enjoying all the cool features of the 2020 Honda Accord -Sport. Raphael in finance was also thoughtful and helpful. Michael knows the Honda vehicle lineup and I believe is the most honest salesperson I have dealt with. I know when Michael quotes a price I’m not going to beat it. I have tried early in our dealings. He got me an incredible deal and recommend the add ons that mattered the most.
