He was very sensitive to my mother's needs as she is quite handicapped, but can still drive. He covered all the bases with her and we ended up with the perfect vehicle for her. Second time Honda buyer. It was past time to replace our ‘99 Toyota. We had previously purchased a Honda CR-V form Michael Malmsbury at Wilde Honda. That experience went so well, we decided on another Honda, this time a HR-V. Upon arrival, we had planned on asking for Michael, but we almost literally ran into him in the parking lot. After we reacquainted, we sat down to discuss vehicle choices. (Model, color, etc.) We came deciding we would lease this car. (Our first lease) Michael said he considers himself a lease expert. After explaining the lease financial options, I agree with his assessment. After completing all the paperwork, Michael escorted us to the new car. He got in the back seat and pointed out and explained the features, letting us do what he was explaining. Totally hands-on, including syncing our cell phones. His product knowledge is far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. This is what impressed me the most during our first purchase. To me, Michael is much more than a typical car salesman He sits down, listens, and then works to an acceptable solution. All that, and he’s a pretty good too! More
