He was very prompt with his response and followed through with everything he said he was going to even though it was close to close of business day. Michael truly went above and beyond for me. I was three and a half hours away and he took great pictures before I made a long drive. He understands everyone's time is valuable not just his ( some other dealers would blow me off and tell me just to drive over and then they'd talk). Very professional unlike other dealers I had spoke with (been yelled at and cussed at for asking for some idea of finances before a day trip). Michael also wasn't your typical pushy car salesman. Very patient and understanding. I ended up buying a different vehicle that fit my family needs a little better but if in the future I need another vehicle or I have a friend or family member looking I will send them to Wilde Honda and have them ask for Michael Malmsbury! More
